1 C. Brown Sugar
1 C. Worcestershire Sauce
1 C. Vinegar- Your choice
1 C. Water
1 Onion, grated
Juice of 1 lemon
Seasoning Salt to taste
Liquid smoke to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together. Place meat in a ziploc bag and pour marinade over it, turning occasionally for up to 24 hrs. before cooking. Marinade can also be injected into meat.
