1 small pkg. cherry Jello
1 C. boiling water
1 16-oz. can applesauce
1 3-oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
2/3 C. evaporated canned milk (6-oz. can)
1 Tbs. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
2 Tbs. mayonnaise
1/2 C. chopped nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve Jello on hot water.
Mix evaporated milk and cream cheese until smooth.
Mix cheese mixture into Jello. Chill until it begins to thicken.
Remove from refrigerator. Add mayonnaise and lemon juice. Stir until smooth. Fold in applesauce, cinnamon and nuts.
Return to refrigerator until completely set.
