1 elephant (medium size).
2 rabbits (if desired).
Salt and Pepper (to taste).
Lots of brown gravy.

Directions:
Cut elephant into bite-size pieces. This will take about 2 months. Reserve the trunk, you will need something to store the pieces in. Add enough gravy to cover. Cook over a kerosene fire for about 4 weeks at 465º. This will serve about 3800 people. If more are expected, the two rabbits may be added. Do this only if necessary, most people do not like to find hare in their stew.
