1 1/3 c vegetable oil
2 c sugar
3 c all-purpose flour1 c chopped nuts
2 t vanilla
3/4 t salt
1 t soda
1 t baking powder
c c finely diced, peeled apples
3/4 t cinnamon
1 c raisins
2 eggs


Directions:
Directions:
Mix sugar and oil. Add eggs and flour. Mix well. Add all other ingredients and mix well. Bake in tube pan at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 10 minutes. Cool and ice with following:

1 c light brown sugar
1/2 c butter or margarine
1 t vanilla
1/4 c evaporated milk

Melt butter. Combine with other ingredients and mix until sugar dissolves and all is well combined. Drizzle over cake.
