1 cake mix (I like spice or chocolate, but most flavors would probably work)
15-oz. can pumpkin
2/3 C. water (or 7-UP)

Mix cake mix, pumpkin and water. Pour into lined muffin tins. Bake at 350º for 30 minutes.

If you use a chocolate cake mix, you don't really taste the pumpkin. It's just a very moist, heavy cake.

This can be baked as a bundt cake, but I'm not sure how long it would need to bake. I always make the cupcakes as I can toss most of them in the freezer.
