4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
coarse salt and pepper
2 tbsp olive oil
1 lb mushrooms, cleaned and sliced
4 garlic cloves, halved (or garlic salt)
1/2 cup dry white wine
1 3/4 garlic chicken stock
Dales seasoning to taste
2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley

Directions:
Directions:
Season chicken with salt and pepper. In a large skillet, heat 1 tbsp oil over high heat. Add chicken and cook until light golden brown (2-3 minutes per side). Transfer to plate and set aside.
Add remaining oil to skillet. Add mushrooms and garlic. Season with salt. Cover. Cook until mushrooms release their juices (2-3 minutes). Remove lid, cook over high heat until mushrooms are golden. Add Dales.
Add wine. Cook until evaporated (about 1 minute). Add stock and parsley. Cook over medium heat until shrooms are tender and liquid is reduced (8-10 minutes)
Return chicken to skillet and cover. Reduce heat to low and simmer until chicken is cooked through.
