4 large chicken breasts, cooked and shredded. (I cook the chicken in the crockpot so it's easily shreddable and less fuss)
Lemon pepper
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 c. sour cream
2 tubes Ritz crackers (crushed)
4 T. melted butter
2 T. poppy seeds

Directions:
Directions:
Put shredded chicken in a 13X9 pan. Sprinkle with some lemon pepper. Mix together soup and sour cream. Spread over chicken. Mix crackers with melted butter and poppy seeds. Spread over soup layer. Bake at 350 for 35-40 minutes.
