1 lb breaded and fried chicken cutlets
1 can chicken broth
1 jar marinated artichokes

Directions:
Directions:
Fry chicken cutlets as you normally would. do not discard left over oil and crumbs. Place chicken in casserole dish. In frying pan, heat chicken broth and marinated artichokes with remaining oil and crumbs due to frying.

Once heated, pour over cutlets in casserole dish.

Bake at 350 for approximately 30 minutes.
