8-10 lb venison
salt
pepper
8-10 slices bacon, uncooked
4 lg onions
5 oz Worcestershire sauce
5 oz soy sauce
5 oz Sherry

Directions:
Directions:
Place 4 bacon slices on a sheet of foil. Put venison roast on top of bacon and place remaining bacon slices on top of roast. Cover bacon with 4 lg onions that have been sliced 1/2" thick. Mix Worcestershire, soy sauce, and sherry. Pour over roast and seal tightly with foil. Bake@ 350º for 4-4 1/2 hours (open after 2 hours and check for doneness. Water may need to be added.). Thicken gravy as desired with flour.
