4 cups chicken broth
1 can cream of mushroom soup
16 ounces sauerkraut, rinsed and drained
8 ounces fresh diced mushrooms
1 medium potato, cut into small cubes
2 medium carrots, chopped
1 medium yellow onion, chopped
2 stalks celery, chopped
3/4 pound smoked kielbasa, cubed
1/2 cup cooked chicken, chopped
2 tablespoons vinegar
2 teaspoons dried dill
1/2 teaspoon pepper

Directions:

1. Combine all ingredients and place in crock pot. Cook on low heat for 10-12 hours or until vegetables are tender.

2. Garnish with crumbled cooked bacon and crumbled hard boiled eggs, if desired.
