4 eggs
1/2 stick butter
2 c. Sprite
2/3 c. powered milk
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all the ingredients in a blender and mix until smooth. Pour into a well greased 10" pie pan. Bake @ 350º for 1 hour and 5 minutes. Crust will form on bottom, then add your favorite custard in the middle.

After visiting the Pie Lady (that is what she called herself) at the top of Mount Lemmon near Tucson, I couldn't resist looking for a pie crust that was made with Sprite. Pie Lady just used Crisco, eggs and Sprite. This recipe is just another version from my Coca-Cola cookbook.
