1 c. peanut butter
1 c. sugar
1 egg, beaten
1 tsp. vanilla
Directions:
Directions:
Combine peanut butter and sugar. Stir in eggs and vanilla. Roll into balls. Press with fork to flatten on ungreased cookie sheet. Allow to cool before removing from sheet. Bake @ 350º for 10 minutes.
