1 c. milk
1 stick of butter or margarine

Maple syrup or fresh fruit

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs, flour and milk in a bowl. While you are mixing the ingredients you can have the stick of butter melting in the oven in a 9" x 13" baking dish. When the stick of butter is melted, add the egg mixture to the pan. Bake at 425 degrees for 25 minutes. This will form peaks and valleys. Let the little ones watch it grow through the oven window as it cooks.

Serve with maple syrup or fresh fruit.

Personal Notes:
This is a favorite of the families. Melts in your mouth good. Fun to serve for any meal or a brunch. Taste like a crepe and people think you have went to a lot of work and in fact is as easy as pie as they say. EASIER.
