1 or 2 lbs. of lean ground beef
1 can of beef broth
1/4 c. minced onion
2 T. worchestershire sauce
Salt and pepper to your taste

Brown and crumble the beef in broth. Add rest of the ingredients after the meat has browned. I like to leave in a slow cooker or on the stove for hours to get the flavors in.

These taste just like the Maidrite restaurants. My brother-in-law, Chuck, used to have the Maidrite in Marshalltown pack maidrites in dry ice and send them to Houston, TX.
