2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1 - 3 oz. package of cream cheese
3 T. mayonnaise
1/2 tsp. worchestershire sauce
1/8 tsp. onion salt
1/8 tsp. garlic salt
1/8 tsp. celery salt
1/4 c. chopped ripe olives

1/4 c. dried beef

Directions:

Mix the first eight ingredients together until smooth; shape into a ball and roll in the dried pieces of beef.
Serve with Ritz crackers.

My Mom, Bessie Good, loved anything with ripe olives. On holidays she would open a can of ripe olives and we would eat one can while we made the rest of the food. Sometimes two if the grandkids and great grandkids were present!
