2 pounds round steak
1 cup onions
1 cup green peppers
1 cup celery
1 large can tomato sauce
salt and peper to taste

Directions:

Cut and pound (unless you purchased meat pre-pounded, then coat on both sides with flour. Fry meat until brown and set aside. Cut up vegetables. Place meat in baking pan, cover with vegetables and add tomato sauce, salt and pepper to taste.

Bake at 350 degrees for 2 hours covered.

This is a wonderful recipe that I got from my mother, that can be served on mashed potatoes, noodles or rice.
