5 or 6 Chicken breast, cooked, boneless
1 stick butter
½ cup Frank’s red hot
1 tablespoon minces garlic
1 teaspoon Parmesan cheese

Simmer butter, hot sauce, garlic and Parmesan cheese. Pour over chicken. Serve over white rice. Can serve with blue cheese.
