2 eggs separated
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 teaspoon oil
¼ teaspoon pepper
1 1/3 cup flour
¾ cup flat beer

Beat egg yolks with oil, salt and pepper. Add flour and beer to mix. Refrigerate for 3 to 12 hours. When ready to use, fold in egg whites. Pat fish dry, dip in flour, then batter. Fry fish In hot oil for approximately 3 minutes. Can use chicken, cook 15 to 20 minutes.
