1 lg onion, chopped
1 c. celery, chopped
1 c. bell pepper, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
1 lb ground beef
1 can tomato soup
1 can Arturo sauce **
1 can mushrooms
1 sm can tomatoes
salt and pepper to taste
1/2 tsp. hot sauce
8 oz pkg egg noodles
1/2 c. cheddar cheese, grated
1/2 bottle stuffed olives

**can substitute a sm can of tomato sauce-flavored with garlic
Directions:
Directions:
Saute onion, garlic, green peppers, and celery. Add ground beef and brown. Add tomato soup, Arturo sauce, mushrooms, tomatoes, and salt and pepper, and hot sauce. Simmer one hour. Cook and drain are egg noodles. Put noodles in the bottom of a casserole dish. Pour meat mixture on top of noodles. Sprinkle grated cheese on top of dish. Brown in the oven @ 350º for 30-40 minutes. During the last 10 minutes, spread stuffed olives over the top of the cheese.
