1 large orange, with peel
1/3 cup butter, softened
1 1/2 cups white sugar
2 eggs
1 cup canned pumpkin
1/3 cup water
2 cups flour
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp baking powder
3/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp ground cloves

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 9x5 loaf pan.
2. Cut orange into wedges and remove seeds. Place orange, peel and all, in food processor. Pulse until finely chopped; set aside.
3. In a large bowl, cream butter and sugar until smooth. Beat in eggs one at a time. Stir in pumpkin, water, and ground orange. Mix together flour, baking soda, baking poser, salt, cinnamon and cloves. Stir just until moistened. Spoon into prepared loaf pan.
4. Bake for 1 hour or until a toothpick inserted near the center comes out clean. Let stand 10 minutes, then remove from pan and cool on a wire rack.
