2 (1 lb) cans Hormel chili without beans
2 cans Rotel tomatoes with free chilies, run through a blender
1 lb Velveeta cheese
2 cans Ranch style kidney beans
2 c. half and half or regular milk (don't use fat free)
1 lg bag Fritos chips

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all together in large pot. Slice cheese as it melts quicker. Heat thoroughly and slowly, stirring often because it will scorch on the bottom. Serve hot over regular size Fritos.
