Ingredients:  
4-6 chicken breasts, cut into small pieces.
1 can cream of chicken soup,
1 C. water,
1 pkg. dry spaghetti sauce mix or dry Italian dressing mix,
Half of an 8oz. pkg. cream cheese cut up.

Directions:
Directions:
Mix soup, water, and seasoning pkg. in a crockpot.
Place cut up chicken in crockpot. Cook 4-5 hours on low. Remove chicken. Stir in cream cheese until blended. Add chicken. Heat on low for 1 more hour.
