Directions:
Brown hamburger meat and drain. Add in onion and barbecue sauce or can of sloppy joe sauce. Simmer until all is warm.

Peel apart layers in the flaky biscuits and line 12 muffin tins with them. Be sure to have entire bottom and sides covered with biscuit dough, but do not come up above cup rims.

Spoon in meat mixture into cups. Fill 3/4 full. Top each cup with shredded cheese to top of cup.

Bake according to biscuit directions. Once out of oven the will pop right out with a fork.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
My kids (and husband) love these. They refrigerate and reheat very well. They can be made using any type of meat mixture. I have used a marinara base instead of barbecue. I have used shredded chicken instead of ground beef. Have fun, enjoy!
