2 tsp. olive oil
2 lbs. peeled and deveined shrimp washed in cold water
1/2 Cup Vermouth or Chablis wine
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp. chopped pasley
3 Cloves minced garlic
1/4 cup yellow onion
1/4 lb. chopped mushrooms

Directions:
Directions:
Heat the olive oil in a large skillet
Add the shrimp,wine, salt, cheese, parsley, garlic, an onion.
Cook the shrimp 1- 1 1/2 minutes on each side
Add the mushrooms just before the shrimp is done
