2 lbs. ground beef
2 c. diced onions
2 (15 oz) cans pinto beans
1 (15 oz) can each:
corn, drained
mexican-style stewed tomatoes
diced tomatoes
tomatoes with chiles
2 (41/2 oz) can diced green chiles
1 (4.6 oz) can black olives, drained and sliced
1/2 c. green olives, sliced
1 pkg taco seasoning mix
1 pkg ranch salad dressing mix
corn chips for serving
sour cream, chopped green onions, pickled jalapeno, and
grated cheese for garnish

Directions:
Directions:
Brown the beef and onions in a large skillet; drain excess fat, then transfer the browned beef and onions toa slow cooker or stock pot. Add beans, corn, tomatoes, green chiles, olives, taco seasoning, and ranch dressing mix, and cook in a slow cooker on low for 6-8 hours or simmer over low heat for about one hour in a pot on the stove. To serve, place a few chips in a bowl and ladle soup over them and garnish with condiments.
