2 c. diced potatoes
5-6 strips bacon
1 can Cream of Chicken soup
1 3/4 c. milk
1 c. onions, chopped
1 c. shredded cheese
1 c. sour cream
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Boil potatoes until half done. Drain. Cook bacon until crisp. Drain. Cook onion in bacon drippings. In dutch oven, combine potatoes, soup, milk, onion, salt and pepper. Cook 15-20 minutes. Add bacon and cheese. Cook another 5-10 minutes. Add sour cream and heat through. DO NOT boil after adding sour cream.

Yields: 6 servings
