1 round loaf sourdough bread
1 lb. ground chuck
3/4 c. water
1 pkg taco seasoning mix
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 c. sour cream
2 c. sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
1 tsp. hot sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Leaving a 1" border, cut top from bread and reserve for lid. How out loaf to make bowl, leaving 1/2" thick shell; set aside. Preheat oven to 350º. In large skillet, brown meat until crumbly and drain well. Return cooked meat to skillet; add water and taco mix. Stir this until well blended. Bring to a boil over medium heat. Reduce heat to low and simmer, uncovered for 10 minutes. Add remaining ingredients to meat mixture, stir well. Spoon mixture into bread bowl and place lid on top. Wrap bread in foil and bake 45 minutes. Serve hot with chips.
