2 1/2 c. pretzels, crushed
3/4 c. butter or margarine, melted
1 c. sugar
8 oz cream cheese
1 med whipped topping
1 box strawberry gelatin
2 c. boiling water
1 pkg frozen strawberries
1 c. crushed pineapple with juice
Directions:
Directions:
Mix pretzels and melted butter. Press mixture into a 9x13" pan and bake @ 400º for 8 minutes. Let cool completely. Mix sugar, cream cheese, and whipped topping and spread over cooled pretzel layer. In a separate pan, combine gelatin and water until gelatin is dissolved. Add strawberries and pineapple to gelatin mixture and chill. When gelatin mixture is thick, spread over cream cheese topping and cool. Let set before serving.
