1 lb. breakfast sausage
6 slices bread
1 cup shredded cheddar
6 large eggs
2 cups milk
Salt, Pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325º.
Brown and drain the sausage well.
Grease a 9 x 13" baking dish.
Break up the bread to cover bottom of the dish.
Sprinkle sausage and cheese over bread.
Whisk eggs, milk, salt & pepper.
Pour over bead mixture.
Bake 40 minutes, until brown and set.
