4 pork chops
1 c. long grain rice
1/2 onion, chopped
3 garlic cloves, minced
3 celery ribs, diced
2 carrots, grated
2 c. chicken broth w/ bullion
2 T. soy sauce
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Brown pork chops in about 2 T. olive oil. Remove from pan and set aside. Brown rice in 2 T. olive oil. Sautee onion, garlic, celery, and carrot. Add chicken broth and soy sauce, and pepper to taste. Taste and adjust seasonings before putting pork back in. Add prol chops with it's drained juices from the plate. Bring to a boil while covered, then simmer for 25-30 minutes.
Serve with applesauce.
