2 lbs. cooked chicken

1 can sliced water chestnuts, drained

2 small jars of pimento, drained

2 large cans of mushrooms, drained

1/2 c. slivered almonds

1 can French fried onion rings

Directions:
Directions:
Mix above ingredients together then add the following mixture:
1 1/2 c. Hellmann's Mayonnaise
Juice of 1 lemon

Bake in a 2 qt. casserole at 350º for 30 minutes, then top with a can of French fried onion rings. Bake for 15 more minutes.
