1 ounce crushed pineapple (drained)
1 cup (8oz)maraschino cherries (drained and quartered)
3 eggs
1 ¾ cup sugar
¾ cup oil
2 teaspoons vanilla
2 cups shredded zucchini
3 cups flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon salt

Cream together eggs, sugar, oil. Add Vanilla and zucchini. Mix together flour, soda, baking powder, salt. Add the first mixture. Add pineapple and cherries. Put into 2 greased and floured bread pans. Bake at 350 degrees for one hour.
