Ingredients:  
1 cup cornmeal
1 teaspoon salt
1 cup cold water
2 tablespoons flour
3 cups boiling water in sauce pan

Mix first four ingredients. Add to boiling water. Cook 10 minutes over low heat. Pour into loaf pan and cool. Slice and fry mush in hot skillet. Eat with butter or syrup. Makes one loaf pan.
