2 cans Cream of Chicken soup
1 c. milk
4 tsp. instant onion
1 tsp. prepared mustard
2 c. shredded Swiss cheese
12 eggs
12 1/2" thick slices of French bread

Directions:
Directions:
combine the first 4 ingredients in a saucepan. Cook over low heat stirring till smooth and heated thoroughly. Remove from heat; stir in cheese until melted. Pour 1 1/2 C of sauce into 13x9x2" pan. Break eggs into dish. Spoon remaining sauce around eggs. Stand French bread around the edge of pan. Bake @ 350º for 20 minutes or until eggs are set.
Yields: 12 servings
