1 lb summer squash, cut into 1/2" slices
3 Tbsp low sodium chicken or vegetable broth
3 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
2 tsp lemon juice
2 med cloves garlic
pepper and celtic salt to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Chop garlic and let sit for 5 minutes. Heat brother over medium heat in a skillet. When brother begins to steam, add squash and cook for 3 minutes. It should be tender but not translucent. Mix olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, and salt and pepper to make a dressing. Add to squash.

Note: Cabbage may be used instead of squash.
