6 eggs
1 ½ cup milk
1 ½ lb. sausage – browned
1 ½ tsp dried mustard
1 cup cheddar cheese
1 cup mozzarella cheese
8 slices bread – torn into pieces
1 tsp salt
Directions:
Directions:
Brown sausage in skillet. In small bowl, beat eggs, milk, salt and dried mustard together. Add all ingredients, EXCEPT Mozzarella Cheese in Crockpot. Mozzarella cheese goes on top of mixture.

Cook on high for 2 hours and low for 1 hour.

Best if served with favorite salsa!!!
