Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 jar Old English cheese
8 oz. cream cheese
1/2 jar of Roka (or use Roka blue cheese dressing and fill up 1/2 cheese jar)
1 onion, finely chopped
1 c. nuts, chopped
handful parsley

Directions:
Directions:
Mix Old English cheese, sour cream, Roka, chopped onion and a few chopped nuts together well. Place in a sealed container overnight to refrigerate. The next day, on wax paper, roll the ball in the mixture of nuts and parsley. Place on a platter and serve. Works well with any cracker, but Sociable's are especially good.

Note: to roll the ball, put a pile of flour on the edge of the wax paper, pat hands in flour, and then roll to keep it from sticking.
