10 cup popped microwave popcorn, butter or plain
1/3 cup butter or margarine
2/3 cup brown sugar, packed
1/3 cup corn syrup
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
In a large microwave-safe glass bowl, microwave butter on HIGH until melted, about 45 seconds. Stir in sugar and corn syrup. Microwave on HIGH until mixture boils, 1 to 3 minutes, stirring once. Then microwave on HIGH 3 minutes without stirring. Stir in soda and vanilla; stir in popped popcorn, mix well. Microwave on 70% POWER 1 minute. Remove and stir, Microwave on 70% POWER 1 minute more. Remove and stir to coat all popcorn evenly. Cool on wax paper covered cookie sheets.
