1 can refried beans
1 avocado-mashed
1TB lemon juice
1/4 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
1/2 cup sour cream
1/4 cup mayonnaise (I use Hellman’s)
1/2 package taco seasoning mix
1 large tomato diced
1/2 cup sliced black olives
1-2 green onions thinly sliced
4 OZ Cheddar cheese shredded

Directions:
Directions:
First layer, spread refried beans on a platter. Next layer the mashed avocado, salt, pepper and lemon juice mixture on top of beans.

Mix together the sour cream, mayonnaise and taco seasoning mixture as the third layer.

Top off with the diced tomatoes, sliced green onions, black olives and cheddar cheese. Serve with taco chips or Frito Scoops.

Don’t forget the cold Coronas or Margaritas!
