8 slices bacon, chopped
8 oz. cream cheese
1/2 cup mayo
2 tsp Dijon style mustard
1 1/2 cup shredded swiss cheese
3 scallions, chopped
1/2 cup smoked almonds, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven 400. Brown bacon and drain.

Mix cream cheese, mayo, Dijon, swiss and scallions. Add bacon. Transfer to a shallow baking dish and bake until golden and bubbly, 15-18 minutes.

Top with chopped almonds. Serve with crackers, bread or mini-carrots for dipping.
