1/2 c. olive oil
1/2 c. key lime juice
1/3 c. chopped cilantro
1/2 c. sour cream
1/3 c. sugar
salt and pepper to taste

romaine salad
8oz Mexican cheese
sm can black olives (drained)
roma tomatoes (chopped in half)
1 can Mexican corn--drained
1 can black beans---drained
1 red onion ----diced
1 c. crushed tostitos

Mix ingredients and add dressing.
