4 egg yolks
1/4 c. Dijon mustard
1/3 c. garlic, pureed
1/4 can anchovies
fresh ground pepper
1 1/2 c. lemon juice
4 c. olive oil
1 1/4 c. water

Directions:
Directions:
Whir in food processor egg yolks, mustard, garlic and anchovies. Add 2 c. of the olive oil slowly (steadily dribble). Add 2 c. more of the olive oil and then add lemon juice. Add water, if needed. Add pepper as desired.
