6 salmon steaks,1-inch thick, or 2-pound salmon filet in 1 piece.
Marinade:
1/2 c. brown sugar
4 T. melted butter
3 T. soy sauce
2 T. fresh lemon juice
2 T. dry white wine or water

Directions:
Directions:
In small bowl combine all marinade ingredients. Place salmon steaks or fillet on foil-covered baking pan that holds fish snugly in one layer. Pour marinade over fish. Cover and marinate in refrigerator from 30 minutes to 6 hours.
Uncover pan. Place on middle rack of preheated 400º oven. Bake 15 to 20 minutes or until fish is done, basting every 5 minutes. Do not turn fish. Serve immediately.
