Lemon Bars Recipe

1 C. Flour
⅔ C. XXX Sugar
C Softened Butter
3 Eggs, slightly beaten
1 C Sugar
3 Tbs. Flour
-⅓ C Lemon Juice
Additional XXX Sugar

Combine flour, sugar and butter;
Pat into a greased 9 x 13 pan
Bake at 350℉ for 20 min.
Meanwhile, in a bowl, whisk eggs, sugar, flour and lemon juice until frothy; pour over the hot crust.
Bake at 350 ℉ for another 20-25 min or until light golden brown.
Cool on a wire rack
Dust with XXX sugar
Cut into squares
