1 lb. ground hot pork sausage
10 oz. sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
2 c. biscuit mix

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Shape into 3/4" balls and place onto lightly greased baking sheets. Bake @ 400º for 15-18 minutes or until lightly browned.

Note: Freeze uncooked sausage balls, if desired, and bake frozen balls @ 400º for 18-20 minutes.

Yield: 6-7 dozen
