Ingredients:  
Ingredients:  
1 Can Tomato Sauce (15 oz.)
1/2 C. Green peppers, diced
1 tsp. Oregano
1 tsp. Garlic
1 T. Chili powder
1 tsp. Cumin
Chicken breasts, cooked and shredded
Cheddar cheese - as much as you want to put on top of enchiladas
Onion, chopped
Parsley to taste
Sour cream
Salt
Tortillas

Sauce:
Combine tomato sauce, green peppers, oregano, garlic, chili powder, and cumin. Cook in sauce pan til heated through.
Tortilla filling:
chedder cheese (as much you want) to put on top of enchilladas
chopped onion (as much you want)
parsley to taste
sour cream (as much you want)
salt, if you want
Mix all of the above ingredients together including the chicken.

Roll filling in tortillas. Put sauce in bottom of baking dish (save some sauce to put on top of enchiladas). Place enchiladas in baking dish, put remainder of sauce on top of enchiladas. Sprinkle cheese on top. Bake at 350 degrees for about 20 to 25 minutes.
