1 German Chocolate Cake Mix
1 can sweetened condensed milk
6oz carmel ice cream topping
1 container of cool whip
1 pkg toffee bits
Directions:
Directions:
Bake cake according to package directions in a 9X13" pan. Cool 15-20 minutes. Poke holes in the cake with handle of a wooden spoon. Drizzle condensed milk over cake in holes. Do the same with the carmel sauce. Spread cool whip over the top of cake. Sprinkle with toffee bits immediately before serving. Keep refrigerated.
