Dressing:
1 cup cider vinegar
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 cup olive oil
1/4 teaspoon ground mustard
1 1/2 teaspoons poppy seeds

Topping:
2 tablespoons butter
3/4 cup sliced almonds
3 tablespoons sugar

Salad:
8 cups torn romaine
8 ounces of cubed Brie cheese (optional to remove rind)
1 - 6 ounce package of dried BING cherries

Directions:
Directions:
Dressing: In a small jar, shake the dressing ingredients together until the sugar dissolves.

Topping: Melt butter over medium heat, add almonds, and cook until toasted. Sprinkle with sugar and cook until melted. Spread on foil to cool and break apart.

Salad: Combine the romaine, brie, and dried cherries. Shake dressing and drizzle over salad. Cover with topping. Toss to coat almonds.
