Ingredients:
Ingredients:
Makes two 12 inch crusts:

1 cup water
1 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
2 tsp honey
1 1/2 cups unbleached all-purpose flour
1 1/2 cup whole wheat flour
1 tsp active dry yeast
cornmeal, for sprinkling

One 14 inch crust

2/3 cup water
2 tsp extra-virgin olive oil
1 teaspoon honey
1 cup unbleached all-purpose flour
1 cup whole wheat flour
3/4 tsp salt
1/ 1/2 tsp active dry yeast
cornmeal for sprinkling

Directions:
Directions:
Put the dough ingredients, except the cornmeal, in the inner pan in the order listed. Select dough setting. When the machine is finished making the dough, remove the dough and form the dough into a ball and let it rest for 10 minutes (I place the dough in a greased bowl and cover with plastic wrap).

Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Lightly grease a 14 or 12 inch pizza pan and sprinkle it with cornmeal to prevent pizza from sticking.

Using both hands, stretch the dough to fit the pan and press it evenly into it. Pinch the dough around the edges to from a rim. Spread the pizza sauce, or another sauce of choice, on the dough and add any toppings. Bake for 12 to 14 minutes, until the sauce is bubbling and the dough crust is lightly browned.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
I double the 14 inch crust pizza recipe and I get about 8 single serving sized pizzas out of it. We each make our own pizza to our liking. Kate and Olivia like olive oil mixed with fresh garlic then topped with mozzarella cheese. The rest of us like the more traditional pizza. We have found Ragu pizza sauce to be our favorite mixed with fresh crushed garlic. We then top it with chicken or turkey sausage. The pizza also tastes good cold.
