6 c chicken or vegetable broth
1 c shredded carrots
1 large onion, diced
1 T minced garlic
1/2 cabbage, chopped
1 large zucchini, diced
1 c green beans
1 small can tomato paste
1 t basil
1 t oregano
salt & pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
In a large saucepan, over medium high heat, bring the broth, carrots, onion and garlic to a boil and cook for about 10 minutes. Add all the remaining ingredients and bring to a boil. Cover, reduce the heat to low and simmer for about 15 minutes or until the cabbage and zucchini are tender.
